By accessing or using Getbby ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.

Token purchases are non-refundable. Unused tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Subscription refunds may be issued within 7 days of the initial purchase if no premium features have been used. Contact support for refund requests. Token purchases are non-refundable.

All characters and conversations are AI-generated and fictional. The Service does not involve real people. Generated images are created by AI and do not depict real individuals. You understand that AI responses are simulated and not from real people.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of messages you send. AI-generated responses and images are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Pre-made character designs and personalities are our intellectual property.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We take privacy seriously and encrypt all conversations.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for AI-generated content that may be inaccurate or offensive. We do not guarantee uptime or availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
